Happy happy Friday! We have just the wedding to end the week and start the weekend wind-down.
Lynsey and Niall were married in September surrounded by their closest family and friends (and the cutest little guests) at Orange Tree House in Greyabbey. Their day was a bohemian lovers dream and Simon from Shoot For The Moon Media captured the beauty and fun of the day, perfectly.
It was love at first sight for Lynsey and Niall when they met in Niall’s hometown of Portavogie. The couple got engaged on Christmas day at home.
“I always had a vision of a bohemian, vintage style wedding. I never wanted anything ultra modern so this was the basis of planning. Family and the bridal party were a massive help throughout the planning, and although we didn’t really set a budget as such, we knew we didn’t want to spend a lot of unnecessary money,” Lynsey explained.
With their relaxed, bohemian style in mind Lynsey wore a white beaded Eliza Jane Howell gown from Petticoat Lane Bridal Boutique and chose deep green maids dresses which worked perfectly with the oversized freeform bouquets by The Flower Room in Hollywood.
“The day was amazing, I honestly enjoyed every second, but the highlight was saying our vows,” said Lynsey. “There were a few mishaps. My veil nearly blew away as it was such a windy day and Niall’s trousers split 45 minutes before he had to be at the church! These tiny things happen and other than that the day went perfect.”
Lynsey and Niall made their own table plan and doesn’t it look incredible? It now hangs in their home to remind them of the day.
“Two highlights for me, marrying Lynsey obviously and getting to mention my Granny’s 100th birthday which was the following day,” said Niall.
